an Order If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. This process is necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order. To modify an order, login to your account and click on Order Status . If your order has not yet been processed you may modify it by clicking on the "Modify" link in your order detail. You may also contact Customer Service . Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy. Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it. Before calling, please note the Product Numbers of the items you wish to order.
